the total stay was very nice for a family vacation. the staff was amicable and incredibly nice, always with a smile on face. the hotel was in an absolutely perfect location short walk to the restaurant, the lake with lot of greenery around and lake durankulak. the food for breakfast was fab and outstanding.
The staff we met were not very friendly.
